Subscription Terms:

  1. By purchasing this product (if you didn't purchase the unlimited access option), you are entering into a monthly or quarterly subscription that will automatically renew at the same rate unless you cancel.
  2. You will only receive access to one section at a time and can request to change to a new section up to twice every 30 days.

Refund Eligibility:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within the first thirty (30) days of your first payment. This guarantee is available to first-time customers only. Returning customers do not qualify for the 30-day money-back guarantee.

Under the terms of this agreement, if you request a refund and it is honored, your subscription will be canceled immediately, your first payment will be refunded, and you will lose access to all Kesler CPA Review study materials and the Kesler CPA mentorship platform.

Refund requests submitted to support@keslercpareview.com within thirty (30) days of purchase will be honored in full. Requests made outside that timeframe are not eligible for a refund.

Important: If a dispute is filed via Stripe, PayPal, or your credit card company before contacting support@keslercpareview.com, the dispute must first be settled before any refund is processed, which may delay your refund.

Subscription Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time using any of the following methods:

  1. Online (Self-Service): Log in to your account at https://sales.cpaexamguide.com/updateinfo/ and select "Cancel Subscription."
  2. Email: Send a cancellation request to support@keslercpareview.com.
  3. Contact Form: Submit a cancellation request via our Contact Form.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to your materials until the end of the period you have already paid for. No further charges will be made after cancellation is processed.

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, please submit your cancellation request at least three (3) business days before your next scheduled payment date. Your billing date is visible in your account dashboard at https://sales.cpaexamguide.com/updateinfo/.

If you cancel, you may re-subscribe at any time, subject to current pricing and availability.

Cancellation Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation within one (1) business day of your cancellation being processed. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact support@keslercpareview.com.


Unlimited Access Policy

For security and anti-piracy measures, all Kesler CPA Review accounts automatically deactivate after 12 months of continuous membership. As long as you have an active Notice to Schedule (NTS), you can reactivate your account at no additional charge and continue accessing your materials until you pass.

To reactivate, email a screenshot of your current NTS to support@keslercpareview.com.

Subscription Change Notifications

Kesler CPA Review will provide at least seven (7) days' advance written notice (via the email address associated with your account) before any changes to your subscription terms, including price increases, changes to billing frequency, or modifications to included features. You may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect using any of the cancellation methods listed above.


Printed Textbook Refund Policy

All printed textbook sales are final. Printed textbooks are non-refundable. Once you place an order and payment clears, the sale is complete. We do not offer refunds or returns for any reason.

Damaged in Transit: If your book arrives damaged, email photos of the damage to support@keslercpareview.com within 3 days of delivery. After review, we'll ship a replacement at no cost.

Wrong Item Received: If you receive the wrong textbook, email support@keslercpareview.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll send the correct book and cover return shipping for the incorrect copy.

Order Cancellations: Orders are processed immediately, so cancellations are not possible once payment is complete.
