$1,000 total maximum.

12 months

Your exam must take place before
your 12-month Max anniversary.

Support for a setback.

You can prepare seriously and still face a difficult result. This benefit adds financial help for the next attempt when you meet the conditions. It does not promise that you will pass, and it is separate from the course's purchase-refund policy.

Build the preparation first

Track the work
as you go.

Use Big Day Ready to see recorded progress toward your plan, practice, accuracy, and mock targets. Review those targets early so you have time to address unfinished work.

Big Day Ready is available in every paid plan. Max adds the conditional retake benefit. Your dates, documents, recorded activity and previous benefits still need review when you submit a claim.

The full requirements

Know the rules
before exam day.

These conditions apply together, for the section you are claiming. Review them before you choose Max and again when you save or change your exam date.

Your preparation checklist

  • Complete every module in CPA Mentorship and create a study plan with your real exam date.
  • Answer at least 750 distinct practice MCQs for the covered section.
  • Answer at least 300 distinct practice MCQs in the final 30 calendar days, including exam day.
  • Achieve at least 70% accuracy across counted practice answers in that 30-day window. The actual percentage must meet 70%; rounding does not qualify.
  • Complete at least one section mock exam with 70% overall accuracy, including simulations, in the final 14 calendar days, including exam day.

How the activity counts

Requirements must be met by the end of your saved exam day, in Eastern Time (America/New_York). Each distinct practice question counts once. For the recent count and accuracy, we use its first scored answer within the 30-day window. Repeating it does not replace that answer or add another question. Accuracy is calculated across counted answers, not by averaging quiz percentages.

Mock questions do not count toward practice MCQ totals or practice accuracy. Activity must be recorded in Kesler and may include eligible question and mock activity from up to 30 days before joining Max. Work from other providers cannot be substituted. Resetting categories does not create additional distinct-question credit or erase the answer history used for a claim. Activity from different sections is not combined.

Coverage and claims

Take the exam before your 12-month Max anniversary. For example, a membership starting October 6, 2026 covers eligible exams before October 6, 2027. An exam on the anniversary is outside coverage. Rescheduling is allowed; update your saved exam date. Rescheduling or course reactivation does not extend coverage.

The benefit applies to the first qualifying failure for each distinct section while covered. A failure before you join Max does not itself disqualify a later attempt. Up to four approved section benefits, $250 each, $1,000 total.

Email support@keslercpareview.com within 30 days of receiving the failed score. Include your account email, exam section and actual exam date, official failed-score screenshot, and NTS for that exam. A score arriving after coverage ends can support a claim if the exam was inside coverage and you submit on time.

Staff review your documents, dates, recorded preparation and prior benefits. Tracker status or submitting documents does not automatically approve a claim. A membership refund or chargeback ends coverage. Course reactivation neither renews coverage nor replenishes used benefits. This is conditional retake support, not a promise that you will pass or a refund of the course price for failing.

If you receive a qualifying failed score

Send the details.
We'll review the claim.

  1. 01

    Check your dates.

The exam must have been inside your coverage period. Submit within 30 days of receiving the failed score, even if the score arrives after coverage ends.

  2. 02

    Gather the records.

Include your account email, exam section, actual exam date, official failed-score screenshot, and Notice to Schedule (NTS) for that exam.

  3. 03

    Email the team.

Send the claim to support@keslercpareview.com. Staff review the documents, recorded preparation, coverage dates, and prior benefits.

Submission does not automatically approve a claim. No processing-time promise is made here.

Questions before choosing Max.

What if I failed a section before joining Max?

A failure before joining does not itself disqualify a later attempt. The benefit applies to the first qualifying failure for that distinct section while covered, with all preparation, timing and claim requirements met.

What if I reschedule or reactivate my course?

Update your saved exam date if you reschedule. Rescheduling and course reactivation do not extend the guarantee's coverage period or replenish used benefits. The exam must take place before your original 12-month Max anniversary.

What if I move from Monthly to Max?

Monthly buys flexibility. Your payments cover access during each paid month; they do not build toward owning Complete or Max.

If you have an active Monthly membership and move to Complete or Max, we will credit your full current billing monthโ€™s payment toward that one-time purchase. Earlier monthly payments are not credited.

Contact support@keslercpareview.com before purchasing so we can arrange the credit and help you change plans on the same account. Do not assume the credit will appear automatically at checkout.

If you choose Max, standard Max Pass Guarantee coverage starts on your Max purchase date and lasts 12 calendar months. The preparation, exam-date and claim requirements still apply. Monthly itself does not include the guarantee.

Can I add the guarantee to Complete later?

The current offer does not include a Complete-to-Max Pass Guarantee upgrade path. If this benefit matters to you, choose Max at purchase and review the requirements.

Does it pay for every failed attempt?

No. It provides one approved benefit per distinct section after a qualifying first failure while covered, up to four section benefits and $1,000 total. Repeated failures in the same section do not create additional benefits.
