MEET THE FOUNDER
Bryan Kesler, CPA
Despite being a 3.5 GPA student with an audit position lined up at PwC before graduating, Bryan struggled to pass the CPA exam. He failed 7 times over 2+ years while working full time.
It wasn't until he found mentors who taught him HOW to study that he finally passed. The problem was never the content. It was the method.
That experience drove Bryan to found Ultimate CPA Exam Guide in 2015 as a mentorship program for CPA candidates who had the study materials but not the process. Then Kesler CPA Review in 2022 to bring study materials and mentorship together in one place.
His mission: make sure no CPA candidate has to figure out the passing process alone the way he did.
In 2023, Bryan and the Kesler team helped 15-year-old Jimmy Chilimigras become the youngest person in history to pass all four sections of the CPA exam. Covered by the Journal of Accountancy, Accounting Today, NASBA, and Inside Public Accounting.

After failing 7 times and studying for 2+ years while working full time, Bryan passed the CPA exam. That experience became the foundation for everything he teaches today.
Bryan launched Ultimate CPA Exam Guide as a structured CPA exam mentorship program. Not just a blog. A paid platform where he worked directly with candidates on study plans, accountability, and exam strategy.
Ultimate CPA Exam Guide became the official mentorship program for Roger CPA Review, Wiley CPAexcel (before UWorld acquired them), Gleim CPA Review, and Yaeger CPA Review. These were formal partnerships where those companies recommended Bryan's mentorship to their students because they recognized the gap between having study materials and actually passing.
After years of mentoring candidates through other companies' materials, Bryan saw the same gaps come up over and over. He founded Kesler CPA Review to combine the mentorship refined since 2015 with dedicated CPA exam study materials built by a team of expert educators.
In January 2023, 15-year-old Jimmy Chilimigras reached out for mentorship. On June 17, 2023, Jimmy became the youngest person in history to pass all four sections of the CPA exam (BEC 86, AUD 75, REG 86, FAR 80).
