Is shipping included, even internationally?
Yes. Shipping is free, including international shipping. Use a street address; the checkout does not accept PO boxes. Review your delivery address and final order details before paying.

Can I return the books?
Printed Study Notes are non-refundable unless the book is damaged in transit. If your book arrives damaged, contact Kesler support for help with your order. This is the retail printed-book policy, separate from any course membership policy.
Should I choose Study Notes or a textbook?
Choose Study Notes for an organized foundation and focused reference. Choose a textbook for fuller explanations. They work together: preview the notes, read for understanding and practice applying the material. If you prefer studying entirely on screen, you may not need printed books.
