Monthly keeps the upfront commitment lower and can suit a shorter period of study or focused review. Complete gives you one payment and access until you pass, subject to the access terms. Max adds on-demand printed materials, more AI help for your first 12 months, the Study Tips eBook, and conditional retake support.

Twelve Monthly payments total $924; thirteen total $1,001, compared with Complete at $997. These are spending examples, not predicted study times. If you won't use the added print and support, Complete may be the better fit.

Kesler is self-paced. Candidates who want a scheduled live classroom may prefer a different format.

Yes. Every plan includes the complete digital CPA review course. Start with CPA Mentorship and a study plan, then work through lessons, practice, and review.

If you already own another course, use the Topic Plan to find Kesler resources alongside available course topic references. Topic groupings may differ. You can keep your main course's plan and add explanations or practice where you need them.

Your digital course covers FAR, AUD, REG, BAR, ISC, and TCP. Candidates prepare for the three Core sections and one selected Discipline. Study one section at a time, with up to two section switches every 30 days.

Monthly access lasts while your paid subscription is active. Complete and Max include access until you pass. After 12 months from joining, one-time accounts deactivate; email support with an active Notice to Schedule (NTS) to reactivate at no additional charge.

Reactivation does not restart Max's separate 12-month AI term or Pass Guarantee coverage, or replenish used benefits.

Choose your materials by exam section in your account, confirm your shipping details, and redeem when ready. Nothing ships automatically. At the current member redemption prices, textbooks use $120 in credit and Study Notes use $60. Max’s $720 covers four textbooks and four Study Notes. Complete includes $60 on purchase.

Monthly’s one-time $60 bonus unlocks after your initial payment and two successful consecutive monthly renewals. It is not $20 earned each month. Unused promotional reward credit is revoked upon qualifying interruptions, including cancellation, pause, failed payment or refund. Separately purchased credit follows its own rules and is not revoked simply because membership ends.

Shipping and tax are included for supported destinations; check availability and delivery estimates at redemption. Promotional credit is for eligible materials, not cash. Materials are printed to order; ordinary change-of-mind returns are not available once production starts, subject to applicable rights. Contact support promptly about corrections, damage or printing defects.

Max includes unlimited Ask Kes for the first 12 calendar months from your original Max purchase. During that time, there’s no daily or monthly question cap for your own studying. Ask questions, request simpler explanations and keep asking follow-ups. Long study sessions and final-review cramming are welcome.

Monthly and Complete include Limited Usage. Technical answers explain CPA exam concepts and questions. Coaching answers help with study planning and guidance. The limits below are alternative ways to use one shared allowance, not separate allowances you can add together.

One technical answer uses the same capacity as 10 coaching answers. For example, 10 technical answers plus 50 coaching answers use your full 24-hour allowance. Your allowance is shared across all courses and conversations.

The 24-hour allowance frees up as each answer becomes more than 24 hours old. Monthly usage resets on the first of each month at midnight UTC. Short-term limits also apply during rapid back-to-back use.

After Max’s first 12 months: Ask Kes returns to the standard paid allowance above while you have active paid course access, unless you have a separate eligible Accounting Copilot subscription. Renewing your course access with an active NTS does not restart the unlimited AI term.

Unlimited is for one person’s own studying. Use your own account and send questions yourself. Account sharing, bots, scripts, bulk submissions, scraping, reselling answers and running a service for others are not allowed.

Max’s fair-use protections allow up to 10 submissions per rolling minute and one request generating an answer at a time. Very rapid requests may require a brief wait, with a clear explanation. High question volume from a real student may be reviewed if needed, but volume alone does not establish abuse.

Ask Kes provides concept explanations and follow-up help. See a real example. Expert Email Support is separate and included in every paid plan. Check AI answers against your course material; AI can make mistakes.

Only Max includes the conditional Max Pass Guarantee. Monthly and Complete do not include it. A qualifying first failure can receive $250 toward a retake, once per distinct section, up to four sections and $1,000 total.

The exam must occur before your 12-month Max anniversary, and preparation and claim requirements apply. Read the full requirements. Big Day Ready tracks preparation targets; meeting them does not guarantee an exam pass or automatically approve a claim.

The current offer does not include a Complete-to-Max Pass Guarantee upgrade path. If this benefit matters to you, choose Max at purchase and review the requirements.

First-time customers can request a membership refund within 30 days of their initial purchase, with no study or minimum-usage requirement. Email support@keslercpareview.com using your account email and order details. Monthly renewals and returning purchases do not restart the window.

Redeemed promotional Print Credit reduces your eligible refund. For example, $1,297 paid for Max minus $120 of its promotional credit redeemed leaves $1,177, assuming no prior refunds. Separately purchased top-up credit is excluded from that deduction and follows its own terms.

A Max refund ends course access and guarantee coverage and removes unused promotional credit. Printed-material policies are separate. Review the refund policy and checkout terms before purchasing.

Monthly renews until you cancel. Cancel before your next renewal; contact support if you need help confirming the effective date. Your course access follows your active paid subscription.

Monthly buys flexibility. Your payments cover access during each paid month; they do not build toward owning Complete or Max.

If you have an active Monthly membership and move to Complete or Max, we will credit your full current billing month’s payment toward that one-time purchase. Earlier monthly payments are not credited.

If you choose Max, standard Max Pass Guarantee coverage starts on your Max purchase date and lasts 12 calendar months. The preparation, exam-date and claim requirements still apply. Monthly itself does not include the guarantee.

Max includes the 221 CPA Exam Study Tips eBook, normally $27. It is an optional $27 checkout add-on with Monthly and Complete.
