Firm partnerships start at $3,000 per year for five licenses. Each employee receives the complete digital CPA review course, four printed textbooks matched to the employee's exam path, Self-Study Mentorship, Kesler Community access, and Expert Email Support.
This is a Kesler CPA Review sales page for accounting-firm buyers. Firm terms are separate from individual memberships. Final roster, billing, license assignment, and service details are confirmed in your written proposal.
Firm pricing
Choose the Tier That Matches Your Cohort
The per-license price decreases as the cohort grows. The starting tier is a 12-month annual license; the 10+ and 25+ tiers give each assigned employee access until that employee passes the CPA exam.
Starting cohort
5–9 licenses
$600 per license
- $3,000 annual minimum
- 12 months of access per assigned license

- Digital course and support features included
Growing team

Special firm offer
Let Us Earn Your Firm's Trust With One Employee
Before your firm commits to a broader rollout, Kesler will work one-on-one, free of charge, with one employee who is struggling to pass. The goal is to help that employee build and execute a better study process while your firm evaluates the system firsthand.
What to Expect
The employee's situation, support scope, timing, privacy, and eligibility for this offer are agreed before the work begins. Individual results vary, and no CPA exam result is guaranteed.
DISCUSS THE ONE-EMPLOYEE OFFERIncluded with each license
More Than a Login and a Question Bank
Each part of the partnership has a job: teach the content, organize the study process, make practice usable, or give the employee a place to ask for help.
Self-Study Mentorship
A guided program for starting, studying, reviewing, and responding to setbacks with the Kesler Method instead of leaving the employee to invent a process.
Complete Digital CPA Review Course
Each license includes Digital Textbook content, 210 Study Notes, 913 Bite-Sized Video Lessons, 210 Audio Notes, 8,000+ MCQs with a Learn N GO MCQ Explanation for each question, 275+ task-based simulations, flashcards, planning tools, and the mobile and desktop web app (PWA).
Four Printed Textbooks
Each firm-sponsored candidate receives FAR, AUD, REG, and one selected Discipline textbook (BAR, ISC, or TCP) to match the four sections in that candidate's exam path.
Community + Email Support
Kesler Community access and Expert Email Support from Kesler's team of CPA exam experts give employees clear routes for study-method, course-use, and content questions.
How candidates study
Stop Guessing What to Do Next. Follow the Kesler Method.
A six-step study loop connects the Digital Textbook content, lesson formats, practice bank, and learning evidence so each Kesler tool has a clear job in a study session.
-
Know the Concepts
Use the Digital Textbook content, Study Notes, and Bite-Sized Video Lessons to build a mental map of AICPA Blueprint topics instead of memorizing disconnected facts.
-
Engage Best Formats
Determine what helps you grasp each concept fastest: Digital Textbook depth, Bite-Sized Video Lessons, Study Notes, or MCQs with Learn N GO MCQ Explanations. Start with the format that clicks, then confirm it through practice.
-
Solve to Strengthen
Build a focused MCQ block with the Quiz Builder and Focus Timer. Work task-based simulations, then open the question-specific Learn N GO MCQ Explanation when an MCQ's reasoning is still unclear.
-
Loop Back After a Delay
Return with quizzes, KeslerCards, and Audio playlists. Use the Progress Center to distinguish a fresh result from evidence that held up after time away.
-
Eliminate Weak Spots
Use ReadySignal and the Progress Center to choose the next priority, then build a weakness-focused KeslerCards deck when enough mapped study evidence is available.
-
Rehearse the Exam Work
Build timed practice blocks with the Focus Timer and MCQs, then rehearse multi-step application with 275+ task-based simulations.
Use all six steps when a topic is new. During review, re-enter the loop where the candidate's practice evidence points. Personalized priorities require enough mapped study activity.

How Three Becker Users Describe Their Kesler Comebacks
These are individual accounts from candidates who said they used Becker and Kesler together. They show how the tools fit into real study sessions; they do not establish typical results.
Passed FAR · used Becker and Kesler
“Immediately after that video, I put it on my calendar to do a Becker SE1 the next day. […] With my results from the Becker, I referred to the Kesler textbook on weak areas AND areas which I thought I was confident in. […] I believe I passed because of the (1) mentorship video, (2) Kesler textbook not reading like a academic accounting textbook, and the (3) CPA Exam Survival game.”
Passed FAR with 79 after 8 attempts
“I used both Becker and Kesler CPA Review, and I went heavy on the Kesler side this time around, constantly reviewing my custom flashcards (I had accumulated around 270 of them), reviewing each questions' ‘gem,’ and circling back to Becker for more diversification with practice MCQs and sims.”
Passed all four CPA exam sections
“It took me a year to pass FAR because I spent the 1st 6 months of that not using Kesler. After finding Kesler, I never watched lectures again. […] The KeslerQs were more straight forward to me than Becker and the explanations provided in the answers were more real world based to me so it was easier for me to understand.”
Testimonials were excerpted for length from the source records in Kesler's approved testimonial file. Individual results vary, and CPA exam results are not guaranteed. Becker is a third-party trademark; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.

Onboard Employees
Employees receive access instructions, a course orientation, support routes, and an explanation of how the study formats work together.
Review the Program
Kesler and the firm review onboarding questions and the support plan. Any aggregate reporting scope, consent, and cadence must be confirmed in the proposal.
Fit and tradeoffs
Know What Your Firm Needs Before You Sign
A Strong Fit When
- You want a five-seat-or-larger employee benefit.
- Your candidates need course content plus a repeatable study method.
- A coordinated, high-touch rollout works for your team.
- You value printed and digital study formats together.
Confirm Before Choosing Kesler
- You require SSO, HRIS integration, or an employer admin portal.
- You need automated real-time or named-candidate performance reporting.
- Your reimbursement policy lets each employee select a different provider.
- Your procurement, accessibility, security, or global rollout requirements need custom review.
Another provider, an employee-selected reimbursement benefit, or a firm-funded allowance may be a better fit when those requirements matter more than a coordinated Kesler cohort.
