One Course. Several Ways to Get Unstuck.

Your new hires will not all study the same way. Kesler gives them lesson instruction, practice, review, and planning tools in one workspace so they can use the format that fits the problem in front of them.

Build the lesson

Use 210 study notes, 913 Bite-Sized Lectures with 85+ hours of lecture time, and 210 Audio Notes. Availability varies by supported course and lesson.

Practice the work

Use 8,000+ MCQs and 275+ task-based simulations. A task-based simulation recreates the document, research, calculation, and judgment work candidates face on the CPA exam.

Learn from each MCQ

Every MCQ has a question-specific Learn N GO lecture so a missed question can become a short teaching moment instead of another answer to memorize.

Prioritize the next block

ReadySignal combines mapped MCQ accuracy, candidate-selected confidence, quiz history, and topic coverage to prioritize what to study next. It is not a CPA exam score predictor.

Review away from the desk

Audio Notes and 8,000+ flashcards support preview, review, and retrieval when a full desktop study session is not practical.

Use a method, not a pile

Mentorship and the Kesler Method help candidates choose when to read, watch, practice, repair a gap, and return after a delay.

A Rollout With a Named Owner at Every Step

  1. Scope the cohort.
Confirm seat count, start window, buyer contacts, invoicing requirements, and the firm's internal eligibility policy.
  2. Prepare the roster.
The firm supplies the approved roster through the agreed secure process. The Kesler team coordinates manual account setup and invitations.
  3. Onboard candidates.
Candidates receive access instructions, a course orientation, support routes, and a clear explanation of any optional reporting consent.
  4. Review milestones.
The firm receives the agreed aggregate report each month and reviews adoption, support questions, and next-step needs with Kesler.

Before a proposal is signed: Kesler and the firm confirm payment timing, vendor documentation, provisioning turnaround, when the 18-month term begins, unused-seat treatment, reassignment, renewal, cancellation, and employee-departure handling. Those terms are not assumed on this public page.

Clear, Aggregate Milestone Reporting

The monthly report gives your team a practical view of rollout and participation while keeping individual study details private. Reporting is consent-based and suppressed when a cohort has fewer than five people.

Program measure What it helps your team understand
Invitations Whether the approved cohort has received access
Activations Whether candidates have completed the initial account setup
Active candidates Aggregate participation under the definition agreed for the program
Study milestones Aggregate progress through the course milestones selected for the cohort
Support themes Common onboarding or course-use questions that may need attention
Reporting scope: Final report fields, recipients, consent, and data handling are confirmed with your firm before the cohort begins.
